Wish

I wrote this poem.  My mom is doing ok and I’m her personal aide now.  I’m glad I’m able to help her but it’s a lot to take in sometimes. Have a wonderful day!😊

I wish there

Was something I

Could do for her!

All of these tests

All of these visits!

It’s so much to bare!

I care so much

For her the

Mother who gave

Birth to me!

Sometimes I just wish

She would be set free

From all of this disease!

It hurts more than you

Can know!

To see her cry with tears

Falling down her face!

You just want to run away

And not have to bear this

Anymore!

But what can I do?

I do not know!

I wish I did!

Wish!🌼

    Gosh, this took me back to when my mother was suffering with Alzheimer’s and congestive heart failure. Like you, I would have done anything to make her better. I’m praying for you both!
