A man

I wrote this poem.  It’s a true story that happened last week in my hometown of Albion New York.  I hope you have a wonderful day!🌼😊

He was just a man

Standing there

But nobody really cared!

He looked so sad when

I looked at him.

We were driving in our car

And I couldn’t help but

Look.

He was holding  a

Sign.

Will work for food!

But what could I do?

So we drove by him

And got him a

Meal

At least tried

To help him!

As much as we could!

Maybe we did some good!

Good!😊🌼

    Congratulations on the 100 follows! And that is a very kind thing that you did helping out a total stranger…I’m sure he is truly grateful for that incident. When given the chance, he too will share kindness to others. 😊

    I read, a long time ago, about “angels unaware” that talked about people meeting angels and not knowing they were angels. You were that man’s angel.
    And congratulations on 100! That’s a heartwarming milestone, isn’t it?
